Workshops
CNF is the most demanding discipline in Freediving. Physical condition and good technique are vital factors for your performance. This workshop is for the divers who wants to be perfected in CNF discipline and improve their performance.
CNF is the oldest discipline in Freediving history. Is the most demanding among the freediving disciplines. This workshop is for the divers who wants to start diving with CNF discipline and set the proper foundation about the technique for this unique style .
Mouthfill is the equalisation technique that every performance freediver need to master. The ability to effectively equalize bellow your failure depth is the foundation to increase your performance. This workshop is for the Advanced and performance freedivers who wants to maximize their ability to equalize in depths more than 50m.
Frenzel is the most common equalisation technique used by the freedivers. Still needs a lot of practice to master this technique. This workshop is for the beginner and advanced freedivers who have some difficulties or freedivers who wish to improve their technique.
