CNF is the most demanding—and most technical—discipline in freediving.
Without fins, efficiency and technique become everything.
This 2-day workshop is designed to give you a strong foundation in the unique CNF discipline - focus is on proper technique for great performances.

Workshop Schedule:
Day 1 - Foundation
Introduction to proper CNF Technique. Pool session focused on drills to integrate the style and find your perfect stroke
Day 2 - Open Water
Open water practice. Learning proper entry, building dive structure, technique coaching. Afternoon theory covering video analysis and personalized training.

Yes. Since No Fins dived are a more complex and demanding discipline, we suggest to have at least an freediving cource like AIDA2 or WAVE1 or SSI Freediver, before you attend this workshop.

All freediving equipment is provided including masks, fins, wetsuits, and weights. Just bring your swimwear, towel, and sunscreen! But if you have your own gear, feel free to bring that along

Absolutely! With proper instruction and safety protocols, freediving is very safe like any other discipline. It just need more practice.
