Course Overview
AIDA 2 is designed for beginners who want to unlock the secrets of freediving. Over three transformative days, you'll learn the essential techniques that form the foundation of all freediving: proper breathing, relaxation, equalization, body positioning and safety.
Our experienced instructors will guide you through both theory and practical sessions, ensuring you feel confident and safe as you take your first breathholds underwater. By the end of the course, you'll be able to dive comfortably to depths of 12-20 meters on a single breath with proper technique and safety.

Breathing Techniques
Master diaphragmatic breathing and breath hold preparation.
Equalisation Methods
Essential techniques to equalise pressure at depth.
Relaxation
Learn to calm your body and mind for deeper, safer dives.
Safety Protocols
Buddy systems and rescue techniques to become a safe diver.
Course Schedule:
Day 1 - Foundation
Theory session on freediving physiology, breathing exercises, relaxation techniques, and your first confined water session in the pool.
Day 2 - Open Water
Your first open water experience. Practice equalization, duck dives, and gradually increase depth under instructor supervision.
Day 3 - Certification
Final depth dives, static apnea assessment, buddy rescue practice, writen exams and certification ceremony. Celebrate your achievement!

Yes, basic swimming skills are required. You should be comfortable in water and able to swim at least 100 meters without assistance.

All freediving equipment is provided including masks, fins, wetsuits, and weights. Just bring your swimwear, towel, and sunscreen! But if you have your own gear, feel free to bring that along

Absolutely! With proper instruction and safety protocols, freediving is very safe. Our courses follow international AIDA standards with a maximum 4:1 student-to-instructor ratio.
